The Product
Lorals makes the world’s only FDA-cleared latex underwear designed for use during oral sex — providing protection against STIs while keeping intimacy feeling natural. We hold 7 patents, ship to 80+ countries, and have built a loyal customer base with 100M+ video views and minimal paid advertising. We’ve been featured in the New York Times, Fast Company, Cosmopolitan, Elle, and Playboy.
What we haven’t done is grow intentionally. That’s what this role is for.
What We Need
We’re looking for someone who is genuinely excited about sexual wellness and wildly passionate about sales.
Our D2C business is steady. Our B2B business is almost entirely inbound, which means there’s an enormous amount of untouched opportunity: international distributors who reached out to us and never heard back, wholesale accounts waiting to be reactivated, nonprofit and public health organizations who should be carrying this product, and retail channels we haven’t touched at all.
You’ll own that. Plus light day-to-day operations (~1-2 hrs/day).

First Month Priorities

Audit and re-engage existing distributor and wholesale leads

Identify and begin outreach to top target accounts across key B2B categories

Evaluate Faire and Amazon as potential opportunities

Ongoing Responsibilities

Outbound B2B sales — distributors, retailers, healthcare, nonprofits

Manage and grow existing wholesale relationships

Evaluate and activate new revenue channels

Light operations: inventory coordination, vendor communication, fulfillment oversight

Weekly reporting on pipeline and revenue
Compensation
Base retainer: $3,000/month
Commission: 10% of revenue growth above baseline
Equity: Performance-vested warrant — details shared with serious candidates
Structure: 1099 contractor
Commission applies to all revenue channels. This is structured so that if you grow this business, you share meaningfully in what it becomes.
