Eligibility: Open to individuals 18 years or older attending sex-positive events within the United States. Participants agree that samples will be used at the event, not for resale or personal use outside of the event context. Sample sets are limited to one per event, on a first-come, first-served basis, and are limited to one per customer.
Verification Requirement: Recipients must verify their participation in the event after completing the shipping purchase. If verification is not provided within 5 business days of the event, Lorals will not send the samples, and the shipping cost will be refunded.
Usage Agreement: Recipients agree to wear one Lorals undie at the event and share two Lorals undies with other attendees.
Shipping: A shipping fee applies to receive samples. Participants providing feedback after the event may qualify for a shipping refund.
Liability: Participants agree to use the product responsibly, understanding that Lorals is not liable for any misuse or outcomes related to use in any specific context. Product use does not constitute medical advice or treatment.
Modification/Cancellation: Lorals reserves the right to modify or cancel the Play Party Special at any time, and the right to deny samples in cases of fraud or misuse.
