We're Hiring! Part-time Social Media Coordinator

Want to work with Lorals? We're looking for an excited, focused social media coordinator to join our small remote team to help us grow and convert our social media followers into lifelong customers. 

You are:

  • Skilled in ideating and creating engaging and convincing video content for social media platforms
  • Comfortable speaking, writing, and engaging on sexual wellness and pleasure topics, on camera
  • All about the latest social media trends - particularly on video-based platforms 
  • Able to become a brand and product expert quickly
  • Organized and able to maintain a schedule of planning, creation, posting, and community management 
  • Excited and engaged with our community and customers through comments, DMs, and emails
  • Able to speak in and embody the Lorals brand voice on video and in copy
  • Ideally already well-versed in sex ed (but not a requirement)
  • Experienced in social media analytics and can report on successes and opportunities to future content and growth


  • Create 3-4 Tiktok videos per week, with captions/comments – potentially shared across IG Reels / IGTV
  • Create 3-4 IG story concepts per week, plus share grid posts to stories with commentary/stickers
  • Manage all community engagement, comments, DMs, and interactions with other brands/creators
  • Report on social media metrics and analytics
  • Find and evaluate potential brand influencers or collab partners 


  • 10-15 hours per week 
  • Reports to the director of marketing, but will work closely with the CEO and social media consultant
